Why not use Digimap for Schools to create a collage of place names which have something to do with Christmas?
This one doesn't of course...
Use the Gazetteer search function to find christmas related places and create a collage of them... you could even print it off enlarged onto A3 and use as wrapping paper for your geography-related gifts to friends and family.
