Roundabouts are not found in all countries - most US cities have traffic lights at intersections. The UK has many roundabouts. Going round them is an everyday occurrence for those who drive.
This Bloomberg piece celebrates the artwork found in France, but there is plenty of public art on roundabouts in the UK as well.
