Try to be generous each day. Perhaps by carrying out a random act of kindness, which doesn't need to be in person, but could be. There are opportunities sometimes if one sees someone standing in a queue in NHS uniform to pay for their coffee...
Another way to be generous is online. It can manifest itself in sharing a resource that you have created, or credited someone whose work you have used.
