Not a quotidian event - as it only happens once every 10 years. But a particular day is chosen on which data is/are collected about everyone living in the UK.
The day itself is a chance for you to be part of history, and in 100 years to be the potential focus for future historians looking back at our lives in the 2020s...
The Census materials this time round were created with a little input from me, in helping to shape the design and some of the contents and emphases. I also wrote a piece in the GA Magazine for Spring 2021.
I hope you filled out your form correctly. It will be some time before we get the first results back.
