Mar 14: Keeping the packaging out of the bin

LOOP is a relatively new scheme offering a new way to purchase items. It tries to 'close the loop' on the usual linear economy. One to explore for those planning a sustainability scheme of work. 

I can't remember a day when packaging wasn't generated in my own house, and either thrown in the bin or placed in the recycling - one hopes that it is all actually recycled but can we be sure.

Some items come in this packaging already, including a colleague's monthly gin subscription.
